FAQ
What are the buy now, pay later options available?
We offer three flexible ways to spread the cost of your purchase, all with 0% interest and no hidden fees when you pay on time:
Klarna Pay in 3: Split your total into three equal payments.
Klarna Pay in 30 Days: Order today and pay the full balance within 30 days of shipment.
PayPal Pay in 3: Divide your purchase into three interest-free monthly payments.
Who is eligible to use these payment methods?
To be eligible, you must:
Be a UK resident.
Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid debit/credit card or a verified PayPal account.
Have a positive credit history (subject to an automated assessment by the provider).
Will using Klarna affect my credit score?
Klarna performs a "soft" credit check. This allows them to determine your eligibility without affecting your credit score or being visible to other lenders. However, missed payments may affect your future ability to use Klarna and may be reported to credit reference agencies.
When do I make my first payment with Klarna?
Pay in 3: The first instalment is collected when your order is dispatched. The remaining two payments are automatically taken every 30 days.
Pay in 30 Days: No payment is due at the time of purchase. You have 30 days from the date of shipment to pay the full amount via the Klarna app or website.
What are the spending limits for Klarna?
Pay in 3: Available for orders between £3 and £1,000. For higher-value items (e.g., specific KuKirin scooters), you may apply to increase this limit up to £2,500 at checkout.
Pay in 30 Days: Available for orders between £1 and £600.
How does PayPal Pay in 3 work?
At checkout, select PayPal as your payment method. If eligible, you will see "Pay in 3" as an option. Your first payment is due at the time of purchase, followed by two further payments on the same date in the next two months.
Is there a limit to how much I can spend with PayPal?
PayPal Pay in 3 is generally available for purchases between £30 and £2,000. Eligibility is determined by PayPal at the time of transaction.
What happens if I return my order?
If you return part or all of your order, we will process the refund as usual. Once we receive the return, your payment plan will be updated:
Klarna: Any remaining payments will be cancelled, and any payments already made will be refunded to your original card.
PayPal: PayPal will adjust your plan and refund any overpayments to your PayPal balance or original funding source.
